LIGHTWAVERF LED DRIVER
I like lightbulbs cause they at least provide some amount of light in exchange for regulating the load. When will the new gen dimmers be available? The users who voted to close gave this specific reason: Resistors and the like also work, just make sure to follow electrical code and practice safety. Please contact the manufacturer of the lightwave RF switch for compatible products. Tado for heating and cooling. I use this resistive load trick all the time Although, I just use one regular incandescent light bulb on the AC line and have the rest be LEDs.

wheres the colour change led setting Gone Gen2 Link plus?
Suggestions for getting it working Linear load: Secondly I wondered if anyone knows whether there’s a smaller resistive load that could be used as this one is 59mm diameter so quite large. I use this resistive load trick all the time Although, I just use one regular incandescent light bulb on the AC line and have the rest be LEDs. Should I wait until the next gen switches are out when ever that will be?
Thirdly, does anyone who understands why this isn’t working have any other solutions for getting this to work?
Fortunately, the LED hut lamps recommended on here would work lightwacerf well in you set up. Lled doing some reading on this someone mentioned putting a ‘resistive load’ in circuit I presume with the mains coming in to the transformer? Wifi link, plug in adapter’s, wall and mood switches. Firstly, I just wondered if anyone knows whether this would work or not? I’m guessing that lightwaveRF also does as well. Basically, triacs depend on having linear loads in order to correctly control the voltage wave form of mains AC going to the load more on that here.
Dave 1, 4 Calculate the power draw and find your driver. Yes you should attach the resistive load between the LED transformer and main well, in parallel with the LED mains input to be ligbtwaverf precise.
The users who voted to close gave this specific reason: Built using the following technologies: A two gang dimmer switch, I did a lot of research beforehand and thought that this setup should work fine. Hi there, I recently bought my first Lightwave product. I have ligutwaverf strips of LED lights, 3M each wired in parallel.
If your LED strips don’t draw that much you need to buy a different one.
Mains dimmable constant voltage LED drivers do exist. Geofencing with Pilot app. They recommended this resistive load 10W Resistive Load.
LightwaveRF only supply a ‘dimmer’. Will a resistive load make LightwaveRF dimmer work with 30W transformer?
LED Flicker! » LightwaveRF Community
If I switch the mains on to the other side of the transformer the lights work perfectly. I am looking to kit out my house with lightwave gear next week. I had the same problem, so returned them and got and bought from ledhut instead and my setup now runs fine. Ledd UK has a 2 channel unit herewhich would work lightwaevrf you and provide an extra channel if you needed it later, for something else.
I like lightbulbs cause they at least provide some amount of light in exchange for regulating the load. Please contact the manufacturer of the lightwave RF switch for compatible products. The flicker does vary from bulb to bulb, but leed inherently a problem with the way the LED bulbs work.
With ledhut bulbs you can use as little as two lightaverf a circuit with no flickering. Yes this does work. Each strip is 3M in length. This question appears to be off-topic.
