I would guess you would also gain access to the download link if you created a user account at Authentec to be able to logon for more site access.

Don’t know about you but my laptop is just 2 years old and for them not to provide support for Win 7 is just beyond wibdows. As I said, I have approached HP, as have many others with similar and different issues, but they just say they don’t support this and many other relatively recent models for Win7 and don’t make drivers available.
