Vineyards
Our vineayrd is located on a west-facing slope at 520 metres above sea level, resulting in a gradual riopening process that enhances the flavour intensity of our handcrafted wines. We have plantings of Riesling, Shiraz and Cabernet.
Vintages
We commenced wine production in 2001.
Wine Making
Our hand made wines are made from selected parcels of fruit from our own vineyard. Our Riesling uses only free-run juice fro greater clarity and intensity. Our reds are fermented in open slate tanks and skins plunged by hand. The wines are aged in wood for 18 months using a mix of old and new French (Cabernet) and American (Shiraz) oak.
