Vineyards

From 2003, Lark Hill has been farmed using Biodynamic Principles, and certified by NASAA

Lark Hill Winery was established in 1978, at 860m on the escarpment overlooking Lake George. The vineyard was planted that winter and the first vintage released in 1981. The vineyard is in an environmental protection zone and is home to many species of birds and wildlife.
